Teleomorph in nature: Subiculum olivaceous (No.62) to citrine (No.64) covering a

Gill or entire surface of host hymenium; hymenial hyphae 1.5-2.5(-9.0) ƒΚm in width, parenchymatous, septate, thick-walled, and KOH (-).  Perithecia olivaceous (No.62), subglobose, (350-)400-480 ~ (350-)400-430(-530) ƒΚm, born in groups immersed in the mycelia; papilla conical, (80.0-)100-170 ~ 250-300(-380) ƒΚm.  Asci cylindrical, (210-)225-285(-325) ~ 5.0-7.5(-9.0) ƒΚm, 8-spored, with a stalk 50.0-80.0 ƒΚm long, forming a pore at the slightly thick-walled apex, 3.0-5.0ƒΚm in long.  Ascospores hyaline, fusiform, aseptae, (32.5)40.0-45.0(-47.5) ~ (5.0-)7.0-7.5ƒΚm, with minute warts, apiculate at both ends; apiculi (3.0-)7.5(-12.5) ƒΚm long.
